Madrid Welcomes Award is organized by the AEPT which has expressed support
the Madrid Tourist Board.
AEPT's experience in Hermestur Development Award, which began its
voyage in 2001, and has become a benchmark within the sector
tourist, has been the starting point for the creation of this new award,
Welcomes Madrid, aimed at young professionals who work in Madrid.
Welcomes Madrid, whose name reflects the spirit of the Prize is recognition
professionals who from various activities related to tourism, with sympathy and kindness given to tourists, helping to increase the quality of service offered by their direct contact with visitors.
The winner of the First Edition of 2010 was Welcomes Madrid, Samuel Gonzalez Alcolea, receptionist at the Hotel Gran Melia Fenix.
