This is how you call the "xalet of Puchades", the name I knew, many years ago in one of my visits to the Central Bank was opposite, Across the plaza from Luis Cano, site of this building, then in ruins.
Everything is very leisurely. I have lived six years in Benimamet, and it was placed the sign notifying rehabilitation. The works are very slow. Maybe to the next election to hurry, to get some votes more than the beneficial owners of the event.
The building is beautiful appearance and powerful being friendly, is also very central.
